For The Decision In Front Of You

Are you second guessing a big decision?

You've considered the practical reasons for a job, home or relationship. You sense something's missing. Your personalised LifeCode process helps you give the feeling underneath a voice, so you can hear your intuition alongside the facts before you decide.

You’ve Achieved A Great Deal. So Why Is This Decision Keeping You Awake?

You have a big decision to make.

You've spent hours weighing the options.

To everyone else, you look as though you're handling it.

But at 2 am, you're awake, going over it again.

A job.

A home.

A relationship.

And eventually you start wondering:

Is this the life I actually want to step into?

The job offers more money and a step forward. But when you picture your days there, something makes you pause.

The house meets your requirements. But when you picture making it your home, you're not sure what you feel.

The relationship makes sense in so many ways. But when you picture the future you’re choosing together, there’s a feeling you can’t explain.

You can explain the practical reasons. What you haven't yet found are words for the feeling underneath.

By morning, it's on your mind before your feet touch the floor.

You don't want to ignore that feeling. Until you can make sense of it, it's hard to give a wholehearted yes or a settled no.

It feels like there is an outstanding piece of information.

You want to hear yourself clearly, with a calm knowing about your next step.

What If More Opinions Aren’t The Answer?

You feel defensive around other people’s opinions and you don’t know why.

They offer you what they think and you’re half tuned in to what they’re saying. Something doesn’t feel right, you’re distracted.
You’ve asked AI and it’s given you practical answers but it lacks that feeling component.
You’re so confused by all the options your head is buzzing.
You’re bouncing between what you think you should do and what you want to do.

Imagine trying to hear a quiet voice at a party.

You concentrate. You lean in. But everyone else is talking. Bringing more people into the room makes it harder to hear.

Put that same voice in a library and you hear it without straining.

Two-panel illustration titled Party to library. On the left, a woman frowns at a letter surrounded by speech bubbles reading Think of the money, What will people say? and What would I do?, labelled Everyone else's opinions. On the right, the same woman reads calmly in a quiet room, labelled Room to hear your own intuition. Caption: Quiet the noise. Hear yourself.

Your intuition is that quieter voice. You need a way to hear it, especially now.

Understanding The Facts Isn’t The Same As Understanding The Feeling Underneath.

Leaving intuition out of a decision forces you to rely entirely on cold data and logic. Whilst this sounds highly rational, completely ignoring your gut feelings introduces several hidden risks and inefficiencies.

The primary consequence of leaving intuition out of a decision is analysis paralysis - you’re so overwhelmed by data and variables that you become unable to make a choice.

When you exclude intuition from your decision making process you over analyse, spend excessive time gathering more facts, even when additional data makes little difference.

In fast moving environments waiting for perfect data means you lose the window of opportunity. The human brain can only consciously process a limited number of variables at once, intuition acts as a mental shortcut to filter out noise.

Illustration titled You can't read the label from inside the bottle. On the left, a blurred view looking out from inside a glass bottle at a blank label, labelled Inside your own situation. On the right, a woman looks thoughtfully at a bottle whose label reads My decision, labelled Seeing it from another perspective.
Association for Psychological Science

When a decision is your own, it can be harder to see it from the outside. In three experiments involving 693 people, researchers found that participants reasoned more wisely about someone else’s relationship conflict than their own. Asking people to take a more distanced perspective reduced that gap.

This helps explain the value of stepping back from a decision while it still matters deeply to you.

The advice you’ve heard can help you weigh the facts.

But it can’t tell you what the feeling underneath means to you.

It’s not your fault that more thinking hasn’t settled it. You’ve been looking for an answer using the information you can explain, while sensing something you can’t yet put into words.

The next step is to give that feeling underneath a voice, so you can hear your intuition alongside the practical facts.

The Career I Knew, Or The Path I’d Chosen?

I once sat on Brighton beach asking a rather ugly Buddha what on earth was happening to me. I’d just bought him in a shop I’d walked past. I couldn’t tell you why I chose him, but there he was, sitting in front of me while I tried to decide whether to carry on or go back.

I’d left a career I was very good at, with a clear management path ahead of me. I could see how that life would unfold, but I wanted something else. In 1996, I left traditional employment to work with intuition full-time. I wanted to use what came naturally to me to make a difference.

Then it got hard. I was struggling to make this new path work, and

going back would have been so much easier.

Yet when I pictured that familiar life, I knew I didn’t want it.

So I sat there with this Buddha, wondering why following the path I’d chosen had to be so difficult.

Your Intuition Knows The Answer. How Do You Hear It?

On that beach, the Buddha, as you might expect, said nothing. But my own intuition did.

I needed to let go.

Of the expectations I was still carrying. Of needing to know exactly how it would work before I could commit to it.

I chose to continue. There was still a business to build. Still work to do. But I could put both feet into the future I wanted.

Thirty years later, I’m still loving that work.

So I understand what it means to choose a path that makes sense to you, even when you can’t yet see how everything will work. When you listen to your intuition, you can begin making choices that lead towards the life you really want.

I’ve seen that unfold in the women I’ve worked with. Amanda came to my wider work while navigating a career change, a move and a new relationship. She later married, had a child, found work she loved and told me she’d received a $35,000 pay rise. Amanda’s story reminds me how much can change over time when a woman begins listening to herself. That’s why I want to help you hear your own response to the decision in front of you.

The Tree of Life is the map. Your LifeCode is your personal key.

I found the Tree of Life while exploring intuition. Each aspect had a number, and combining that map with numerology gave birth to LifeCodes. Your date of birth identifies yours. Your LifeCode is your spiritual identity.

You don’t need to learn the whole map to begin. Your LifeCode shows you where to start. LifeCodes deepens your understanding of yourself. That deeper understanding helps you access your intuition.

I’ve created nine versions of this decision-making process, with a video and exercise specific to each LifeCode. One woman may need to explore a fear of rejection. Another may know exactly why a choice makes sense on paper, but still be unable to explain what she feels about it. The video and exercise for her LifeCode give her a personal place to begin exploring that response.

The video helps you recognise the pattern. The exercise lets you put your own decision into it, turning what you’ve understood into something you can explore. Then I guide you through a clearing meditation, so you can notice what you sense beneath the practical arguments. In the reflection, you give that feeling a voice and ask: will this next step take me closer to, or further from, the life I want?

Association for Psychological Science

There is research behind the simple act of putting feelings into words. In a brain-imaging experiment, people who labelled negative emotional images showed a lower response in brain regions associated with emotional reactivity than people completing comparison tasks.

The study did not test LifeCodes or big decisions. It offers a useful reason to make room for the feeling underneath and explore the words for it.

You’re looking for the calm of hearing your own intuition alongside the facts, whether your answer is yes or no.

Because when you do, the decision will be obvious.

What Happens When You Begin Understanding Your Own Patterns?

Laurence describes a difficult relationship in which he used to become angry and physically shake. Understanding his own LifeCode and the other person’s helped him separate their behaviour from his own response.

He describes moving from angry to calm and choosing to respond rather than react: becoming an observer rather than an absorber.

His account shows a change in how he handled the situation through recognising a pattern in LifeCodes.

Can Intuition Really Be Part Of A Practical Decision?

Maybe you're thinking:

I can’t make a decision using intuition alone, that’s not practical.

What if I can’t hear my intuition?

I’m not good at visualisation so how will the meditation work for me?

You’re bringing your intuition into the decision alongside the practical information. You’ve checked the facts and weighed the options. This process helps you hear the inner response you haven’t yet been able to explain.

HeartMath Institute

There is an intriguing observation from research into bodily responses. In a small HeartMath laboratory study, 26 participants viewed calm and emotionally arousing pictures while researchers recorded heart and brain activity. The researchers reported that the heart appeared to respond to information about the upcoming pictures before the brain did.

This was not a decision-making test, but it offers a reason to explore bodily responses alongside conscious thought.

You don’t need to know how before you begin. Your LifeCode-specific video and exercise give you a personal starting point. The guided clearing meditation and reflection take that understanding into your own experience.

If you follow the process and still cannot give the feeling underneath a voice, request your £7 back.

You don’t have to see vivid pictures. I guide you to feel or sense the imagery if you cannot see it. You follow my words throughout.

You may already have read books, explored numerology, had therapy or practised meditation. Here, you use the guidance for your LifeCode with one decision in front of you.

You’ve seen why your own response matters. Now I’ll show you how to make room to hear it, with guidance specific to your LifeCode.

You don’t need to study the whole Tree or arrive calling yourself intuitive. You need a willingness to explore your own experience. The decision remains yours.

How Much Space Is This Decision Taking Up In Your Life?

You replay conversations, run through the same what-ifs and lie awake without getting further forward.

You keep returning to the practical arguments, but the feeling underneath still has no voice. Even while you’re doing something else, part of you is carrying the decision.

The real cost isn't just the time spent thinking.

It's the space this unanswered decision occupies in your everyday life.

Another evening goes into the same arguments. You’re less present with the people you love. Rest doesn’t feel like rest when the question is still running.

And beneath it all, the question remains:

Is this the life I actually want to step into?

You want the calm of knowing your own next step, so you can put that energy into the life you’re choosing.

While The Choice Is Still Yours, Make Space To Hear Your Intuition.

If you don’t make the decision, life will make it for you. Nature abhors a vacuum, life will rush in to fill the hole. While you wait, life passes you by.

An offer expires. Someone else makes their plans. The arrangement you wanted to change simply continues.

You don’t need to rush into the decision. Before you sign on the dotted line, make space to hear what has been missing, while the choice is still yours.
Your intuition knows the answer.

Enter your date of birth to identify your LifeCode.

Watch your LifeCode-specific video to recognise your pattern.

Use the exercise to explore the decision in front of you.

Follow the guided clearing meditation and reflect on what you sense alongside the practical facts.
